Chef Anastacia Quinones And Peak And Elm Team Up For A Sweet Dinner

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, renowned Executive Chef Anastacia Quinones will partner with Peak & Elm, Friday February 14th, to offer a deliciously romantic Valentine’s Day dinner featuring all locally sourced ingredients from the Dallas Farmers Market. Anastacia, also known as AQ, served as Executive Chef at Dallas restaurants Alma and Komali, but now works as a culinary instructor at Molina High School. This event marks her debut back into kitchen.

Live music and service provided by Molina High School students under the direction of Chef AQ will make the evening truly one of a kind. Patrons can definitely expect a warm dining experience full of culture and tradition.

A three-course menu will include a complimentary bottle of wine from Times Ten Cellars:

Appetizer

Ensalada con Croquetas de Cangrejo: Mixed green salad, with Texas grapefruit, cucumber and honey-lime vinaigrette served with crab cakes. Honey provided by the Texas Honeybee Guild.

Main Entrée

Costillas de Res con Verdolagas: Modelo beer braised short rib with a hominy puree, wilted purslane and guajillo demi

Or

Mojo de Ajo shrimp con Espinacas: Mexican garlic shrimp with spinach and red rice

 Dessert

Chocolate Ganache covered Brownie Bites from Oh* Brownie

The cost is $75 per couple plus tax and gratuity. There will be three seating times, 5pm, 7pm and 9pm. Reservations made between now and February 5th receive special pricing at only $50 per couple plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are needed due to limited seating.
